  1. Spirit members are entitled to 10% off any Beauty Treatment and Beauty Product purchase.

  4. Applicable only at Spirit Health and Beauty clubs which have in-house beauty therapists.
  5. Not available for use with Freelance Beauty Therapists or beauty companies operating within Spirit facilities.

Up to 35% Off Hotel Weekend Breaks

  1. Offer applicable participating IHG hotels in the UK.
  2. Stays are available over Fri, Sat and Sun nights (some hotels may offer limited midweek availability - please check when booking).
  3. Discount represents a saving against our Best Flexible rate per room, per night for two adults sharing a standard double/twin room (inclusive of VAT). Room only, breakfast not included.
  4. Up to 2 children under the age of 18 stay free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults.
  5. Offer valid on new bookings only, full payment must be made at time of booking; no cancellations or amendments permitted; no refunds given.
  6. All bookings are subject to availability of rooms allocated to this offer at participating hotels. Rates may vary by date of booking.
  7. A maximum of 2 rooms can be booked under any one reservation.

25% Off Food & Beverage

  1. Spirit members are entitled to 25% off Food & Beverage at all Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels which have a Spirit Health Club.
  2. Not available in hotels which have Spirit Workout gyms.  
  3. The 25% discount is available for a party of up to 6 people, the member and up to 5 guests.
  4. Members are required to show a live Spirit Membership Card at the time of ordering.
  5. Not available to temporary members.

Use of Spirit Clubs Nationwide

  1. Spirit members are entitled to free use of facilities at any other Spirit Health Club within the UK. 
  2. Visits to other Spirit Clubs are limited to a maximum of 12 per year.  
  3. Not available for use at Spirit clubs within a 10 mile radius of members’ home club.
  4. If the visited club is situated within the 10 mile radius then a standard guest fee will be charged per visit.
  5. Not available to temporary members. 
  6. Subject to availability.

Free towels and toiletries

  1. Spirit members are entitled to the use of one free towel during each visit.
  2. Additional towels will be charged at £1 each.
  3. All towels must be returned to the club prior to leaving.   
  4. Free shower gel will be made available in Spirit shower areas.

Personal Training Sessions

  1. A free personal training session includes a 15 minute consultation and up to 30 minute supervised workout with one of our in-house or freelance personal trainers.
  2. Repeated use of this offer is not permitted; each individual is only permitted to use this offer once.
  3. Available to both members and non-members.
  4. Non-members will need to read and sign the health commitment statement at the club, prior to participation.    
  5. Subject to availability.
