Although I had been a Spirit member for over two years, I was aware that despite working out regularly, I was not achieving my objectives and felt de-motivated. I approached Will, and was immediately impressed with his professionalism and attitude.
Will gives every ounce of effort, energy, expertise and enthusiasm to help achieve my goals. Will always gives me written workouts for the days that I am in the gym without him. I have been impressed that, when he has been on duty he has taken the time and trouble to come into the gym and check up on my progress and give me advice. This demonstrates his 100% commitment to ensuring that we attain my goals.

In my opinion Will is an excellent personal trainer. From the beginning he understood the need to improve my mobility and his regime has greatly improved many of my underlying physical problems, whilst remaining within the boundaries of my capabilities. I am really pleased with the improvement in my general health.

"Approximately 12 months ago we came to Spirit Haydock for the first time on a visitors pass with a family member. We enjoyed it so much we joined.... the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we made many new friends and we enjoyed the laid back ambience of the Club. As we have both experienced medical problems in the past...... we were both a little apprehensive about our capabilities in the gym, however our initial fears were quickly dispelled by our mentor who went through our lifestyle consultation meticulously, he then set out a programme for each of us and promised to review in 3 months which was duly undertaken.
