With dietary advice that’s calculated to boost your energy and inner health, we really are ready to make sure you get even more out of life.

Enjoy socialising and having a good old chat? Well so do we! There's something for everyone with coffee morning every monday at 9am, and member socials throughout the year including Quiz nights, a Summer BBQ and Christmas party.

Here at Spirit Guildford Charity fundraising is very much a big thing to us. Holding lots of events throughout the year, including raffles, cake sales and big sport events like 24 hour swim and 6 hour spins!

Parking Eye operates in our Car Park, members are entitled to free parking. Upon joining you must register your car with a member of staff which is then valid throughout your memberhsip.

If you are a guest to the Spirit Health Club there will be a charge to park including Swimming Lessons, Beauty Treatments and Non-Member Class attendees please pay for this at the meter before leaving the facilities or you will recieve a fine

Last entry is 1 hour before closing, club cleared for changing 30 minutes before closing

On Bank Holidays we open 08:00am to 08:00pm, please check with the club for changes over the festive period

Please note adult only swimming takes place Monday to Thursday between 07:00pm to 10:00pm

Please note part of the pool will be unavailable during Swim Fit Classes. See timetable for when these run.

All Studio classes are FREE to members or are open to non-members for £8 a class (or £7 for Swim fit)

From Monday 6th March 2017 - Parking Eye is effective in our car park. To non-members attending classes, please ensure you have paid at the meter for the duration of your classes or you will recieve a fine

Classes can be booked 1 week in advance on a first come first serve basis

Gym Challenge

Challenge yourself each month by taking part in our gym/pool challenges. This is a fun way to acheive you goals and try something new.

SwimFit

Swimfit is our motivational pool workout programme at Spirit Health Club. Which provides an interactive and social experience for the swimmer.

Our qualified instructors deliver small group sessions -please see our timetable for current class times

It is also available on poolside and online for the swimmer to follow the programme independently.
