After gaining valuable experience as a lifestyle consultant, he is now a fully qualified a Personal Trainer. Laura Banks
Laura has been with Spirit Health Club since September 2008 where she began her career in the fitness industry. Since joining Spirit Laura has become a fully qualified Personal Trainer as well as qualifying to teach various studio classes. Fitness and healthy eating are a big part of Laura's life and she enjoys teaching others and encouraging them in there journey towards a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
